By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our streetwear products, we only accept returns that fall under Specific categories (see below) once an order has been placed.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled after they are placed. Please ensure all information (shipping address, size, etc.) is correct before completing your purchase.


Defective or Damaged Items

We only offer refunds or replacements if an item arrives defective or damaged.

To qualify:

  • You must provide clear photo and/or video proof of the issue
  • Item must be unworn and unwashed

If approved, we will provide:

  • A replacement item (if available), or
  • A refund to your original payment method

What Qualifies as a Defect

Valid defects include:

  • Major manufacturing errors
  • Incorrect item received
  • Significant damage upon arrival

The following do not qualify:

  • Incorrect size or fit
  • Minor loose threads
  • Slight color/print variations
  • Normal wear or misuse

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Chargebacks & Disputes

By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in us submitting evidence of this agreement, along with order and delivery confirmation, to dispute the claim.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone attempting to abuse our policies.
